Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and maximize growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers and key clients to drive repeat and referral business
  • Lead sales efforts, including client presentations, negotiations, and closing high-value transactions
  • Provide in-depth market insights and advise clients on investment opportunities and property trends
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize property listings, marketing campaigns, and client engagement
  • Mentor and support the sales team, ensuring consistent alignment with company goals and standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong network in Dubais property market
  • Demonstrated success working with top property developers in Dubai
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a client-centric approach
  • Strong understanding of Dubais real estate market, trends, and regulations
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
