Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and maximize growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers and key clients to drive repeat and referral business
- Lead sales efforts, including client presentations, negotiations, and closing high-value transactions
- Provide in-depth market insights and advise clients on investment opportunities and property trends
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize property listings, marketing campaigns, and client engagement
- Mentor and support the sales team, ensuring consistent alignment with company goals and standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a strong network in Dubais property market
- Demonstrated success working with top property developers in Dubai
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a client-centric approach
- Strong understanding of Dubais real estate market, trends, and regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
